DiSARM: Village finder

disarm-village-finder:1

Generate georeferenced survey sampling frame using WorldPop gridded data.
Docs
Algorithm identifier

DiSARM: Tasks clusterer

disarm-clusterer:1

Cluster points or polygons according to proximity and maximum number per cluster. Also provides the option of splitting clusters by lines/polygons, such as roads, rivers and admin boundaries.

Algorithm identifier

DiSARM: Raster-vector summary stats

disarm-raster-vector-stats:1

Extract values and calculate statistics from user-supplied gridded data at points or over polygons.
Docs
Algorithm identifier

DiSARM: Covariate extractor

disarm-covariate-extractor:1

Extract values at points from a select set of climatological and environmental layers.

Intervention coverage tool

intervention-coverage:1

Tool to predict coverage of interventions, such as vaccine or mass drug administration, using georeferenced coverage survey data. Also provides the option to obtain recommendations of further survey sites to improve predictions using spatially adaptive sampling. Customized version of the generic prevalence predictor.

NTD Hotspot Tool

ntd-hotspot:3

Tool for TFGH to predict prevalence and generate adaptive sampling recommendations for NTDs. Also provides the option to obtain recommendations of further survey sites to improve predictions using spatially adaptive sampling. Customized version of the generic prevalence predictor.

Algorithm identifier

Generic prevalence predictor

generic-prev-pred:2

Predict prevalence of an outcome at points, polygons or over a grid using georeferenced prevalence survey data. Also provides the option to obtain recommendations of further survey sites to improve predictions using spatially adaptive sampling.

How can I get a public link to my file?

Some algorithms might use a public URL for a parameter. Currently Dropbox or Google Drive offer simple ways to share files publicly. (For Dropbox, you will need to change the final '0' of the URL to a '1', to make sure it downloads).
